Communications and Its Significance

Service Description

This course teaches students the importance of internal communication, external communication and communication systems in an emergency situation. The class will focus on the understanding in the use of radios, telephones, public address systems, intercoms, and pagers, elements of effective communication, role of the security officer, types of incidents to report, importance of timely notification, and knowing who to contact and when.
